Five Fitness YouTubers That Will Help You Burn Fat Right in Your Living Room

In a world powered by virtual personas and mountains of followers, there is always someone you can share an interest with. When it comes to exercise and fitness, some of us need a little extra motivation. I actually began my weight loss journey in 2021. I have always been terrified of going to the gym. Luckily, after doing my research online, I was able to find some incredible at-home workouts that contributed to me losing over 40 pounds in 6 months. Summer is right around the corner and we all want to feel good! Hate going to the gym but still looking for a killer full-body workout? Whip out your smartphone and follow these five social media fitness influencers.

Sydney Cummings

With over a million subscribers on Youtube, this fitness fanatic is known for her specialized workout and personal training plans. Even though she started her social media back in 2016, she’s always been althetic. Outside of posting videos, she is also a part of the Women’s Health Magazine as an action hero. With all that’s on Sydney’s track record, she’s definitely worth checking out.

ATHLEAN-X

ATHLEAN-X is founded by Jeff Cavaliere, pro athlete trainer and physical therapist. Jeff has years of training and coaching for the New York Mets during the National League Championship. He has helped condition star players like Tom Glavine, Pedro Martinez, and Carlos Delgado, just to name a few. This now retired coach spends his time on social media creating strength training workouts and tips to master lifting. Check him out for weekly content. As he puts it on his YouTube About page, “If you want to look like an athlete...you've got to train like an athlete!”

Chloe Ting

Chloe Ting is another strong female figure in the fitness scene. She has over 21 million YouTube subscribers and 2 billion viewers. Not only does Chloe make fitness videos, but she also makes healthy recipes and wellness tips for your body. She even has her own free workout plan that viewers can follow.

And8 Fitness

This channel is run by twin sisters, Danielle and Dominique Gillyard. Although this duo is fresh into the game, their content is very advanced! These sisters make working out fun by creating 20-40 minute dance cardio routines to get your heart pumping. And8 Fitness allows you to have an amazing workout without feeling like you’re actually “working out”. The Gillyards will be sure to keep you on your feet with a playlist of hip-hop, trap, and pop hits. If I had to pick a favorite fitness influencer, it would definitely be And8. Their videos were so fun that I forgot that I was actually exercising. If you’re a fan of today’s hits, this duo won’t disappoint!

Gym League

Gym League is all about fitness motivation. This is a great platform for newbies starting their fitness journey. Gym League started its channel on YouTube back in 2019 and has surfaced with nearly 200,000 subscribers and over 49 million views.
